This new system eliminates "the gap" between the barbecue body and grease pan, allowing you to utilize the entire cooking surface without worrying about grease dropping into the pit, making clean up that much easier. When you want to grill, use the FlameZone pan. When you want to barbecue, smoke, roast or bake, cover the FlameZone. This new grease pan system is a MAK exclusive! The Pellet Boss controller faceplate has also been redesigned for 2012.
